IA Memorial Wall Print
December 30, 2015 marks the 6th anniversary of the deadly suicide bombing at Camp Chapman in Khost, Afghanistan. A total of nine people were killed that day, seven of them Agency officers. As we’ve detailed before on our site, since Johnny Micheal Spann’s death in 2001, the Agency has added 33 stars to the Memorial Wall at Langley.
To honor and support those who gave so completely of themselves we decided to create a print of our previous Memorial artwork and donate a portion of the sales to the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation.
The print details the Memorial Wall located in the lobby of the Original Headquarters Building, with the most recent 33 stars highlighted in remembrance and and accompanied by the wall's heading "IN HONOR OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE SERVICE OF THEIR COUNTRY"
We are offering these as a pre-sale for a very limited time. The Memorial Print will be available for pre-sale starting 7 December 2015 until 10 December 2015 only. Production will then commence and the prints should ship the week before Christmas. To cover operating and production costs, 50% of all profits will be donated to the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation. If you are buying this as a gift we suggest printing a copy of the sample photo as a place holder until the print arrives.
